REFUND POLICY

At Amrit Saar, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and purity.

We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the invoice

Used products will not be eligible for return or exchange.

ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged
  2. Incorrect product delivered
  3. Seal is broken at the time of delivery
  4. Product is expired before delivery

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

  • No returns or refunds on products purchased during sale or under gifting categories
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory for verification

RETURN PROCESS

If your request meets the above criteria:

  • A pickup will be arranged from your delivery address
  • You will be informed of the pickup schedule

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days after successful pickup

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment
  • If approved, a full refund will be issued
  • Amrit Saar reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Suspicious or incomplete order details

REFUND POLICY

  • An unboxing video is required showing:
    • Package label
    • Product condition
  • After pickup, the product will be inspected
  • Refund will be processed based on condition approval

⚠ Note:
Partial COD charges are non-refundable.
